Sound familiar?

Maybe you often feel exhausted. Maybe you're carrying a difficult relationship, facing a big decision, or doubting yourself.

Sometimes it's just a quiet feeling: not quite being yourself anymore. That's understandable — and you're not alone with it.

That's not a weakness — it's a signal. And a good moment to gently take another look.

That's exactly where I'll support you. At your own pace.

Change is allowed to take time

Real growth doesn't run in a straight line over four weeks, and that's a good thing. What grows out of good support is more valuable — and things are allowed to feel lighter again:

You understand yourself better.

You start to see why you react the way you do.

You grow calmer with yourself.

You're allowed to be gentler with yourself and to find peace with who you are as you grow.

You experience that movement is possible.

Especially when things are hard, this is the most important experience: something can shift.

How can I help you?

These topics come up often in my work — but your concern doesn't have to fit neatly into a category.

  • Self-worth & self-confidence
  • Self-acceptance & body image
  • Inner restlessness & rumination
  • The feeling of functioning without really living
  • Mental exhaustion & burnout prevention

Everyday life & strain

  • Stress & feeling overwhelmed
  • Finding your bearings in life transitions
  • Pressure to perform & perfectionism

Relationships & growth

  • Relationships & communication
  • Personal development & growth
  • Setting boundaries & saying no

How I work

There's no template you have to fit into. Different approaches flow into my support — always gently tailored to you:

  • Structured conversations

A clear common thread rather than talking aimlessly.

  • Working towards goals

We make it tangible where you want to go.

  • Activating your resources

We strengthen what already gives you support.

  • CBT-inspired methods

Developing helpful patterns of thinking and acting.

  • Relaxation techniques

For example PMR (progressive muscle relaxation).

  • Mindfulness & body-oriented approaches

Thinking of mind and body together.

  • Positive psychology

A focus on what carries and grows.

Anna, Psychologin M.Sc., im Videocall mit Laptop - zugewandt und professionell

Hi, I'm Anna

I'm Anna Ohrndorf, psychologist (M.Sc.), and I support people in finding their way back to more well-being and trust in themselves.

I support people who feel overwhelmed, who keep functioning but feel empty inside, who want to get more out of themselves, or who are simply looking for someone who listens — without judging.

With me you don't have to show anything or prove anything. I really listen to you — patiently, without judging. You're welcome exactly as you are.

I don't believe in quick fixes, but in honest support — and in the idea that every person carries within them the resources to find their balance again.

In my private life I'm a very active person — strength and endurance training are a firm part of my everyday life. They're my counterbalance, and at the same time I know the need for achievement, challenge, and growth well — and the search for a healthy balance within it.

When I'm not working or training, I'm happiest outdoors, often with a camera in hand. Photography and mindfulness in nature are sources of creativity and calm for me — always in the spirit of presence and focus in the moment.

Qualifications at a glance

„innerflow.anna stands for the idea that every person can arrive at themselves — at their own potential, their very own flow.“

Why InnerFlowAnna?

Every kind of support is as individual as the person offering it. You don't work with an off-the-shelf method, but with me — with my way of listening and my genuine interest in you.

Add to that honesty: in the intro call I'll tell you openly whether I'm the right fit for you. And you get structure — a clear framework, clear expectations.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if it's a good fit?

That's exactly what the free intro call is for. In 30 minutes you get to know me — before you decide on anything.

Is my concern too small?

No concern is too small. It's not about size, but about your well-being — anything that weighs on you is welcome here. You don't have to hit rock bottom before seeking support.

I've never been to counselling before.

That's true for most people. That's exactly why I give you a clear structure and a space where you can arrive at your own pace.

Is everything really online?

Yes. The sessions take place by video, and the intro call is either by phone or by video, as you prefer.

Is this confidential?

Yes, absolutely. As a psychologist (M.Sc.) I'm bound by professional confidentiality. Everything you tell me stays confidential — as a matter of course and without exception. What you say stays between us.

Your first step

Your first step costs you nothing but 30 minutes — and could be the beginning of something you've long been wishing for. Free, no obligation, by phone or video.

Honestly: I take on only a limited number of new clients each month, so I can give every person my full attention.

One last thing, from me personally

If you've read this far, you probably sense that something in you needs attention. That you're listening at all is already brave — and it's allowed to feel hard.

You don't have to hit "rock bottom" before reaching out for support. Let's just talk — with no pressure, no obligation, at your own pace. You don't have to carry this alone.

Warmly, Anna Ohrndorf
